“Since attending Thalia’s yoga classes, I have learned to be more aware of my own body when exercising and resting, and to listen to it. Thalia always offers alternatives to any movement if your body is not cooperating that day, so you never feel in competition, or as if you are failing… you can do what is right for you that day. I love my classes and especially the rewards of total relaxation afterwards!” –
– Mandy
