My sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

I offer a 25% discount when you book a block of 4 sessions where we create a programme to meet your individual needs and interests.

Finding the balance between flexibility and strength.  Micro movements  help to release stress and tension, establishing a comfortable  posture to improve the quality of breath. This creates a stable foundation for pranayama, asana , mudra and bandhas. Conscious breathing is the gateway to mindfulness and meditation. Yoga Nidra is a deeply nourishing and restorative practice  especially in challenging times.
